DECORATION OF A CONTEMPORARY VILLA IN CANNES
DECORATION OF A LUXURY CONTEMPORARY VILLA IN CANNES
On arrival on site Bérengère Leroy discovered a group of buildings from the 70s without any character and disharmonious located on a sloping semi-wooded plot of land, on the heights of Cannes .
The future owner was hesitant to purchase them given their ugliness, but the location was exceptional and worth it.
Bérengère Leroy therefore urgently produced a 3-dimensional simulation of the best aesthetic approach that it imagined to match the buildings to the beauty of the place.
For example, decoration project decided the future owner to acquire it and that this set of 70s buildings has metamorphosed into a glamorous and attractive luxury estate, which has since hosted photo shoots of major luxury brands, prestigious seasonal rentals and the chicest weddings in CANNES.
To give character to buildings Bérengère Leroy designed and produced ironwork with square patterns to open onto the views and move towards a contemporary style, and superb shade sails designed especially for the place and held by steel triangulations enhanced the whole.
To structure the surroundings of the villas, circulation was reinvented by creating terraces, several sets of infinity pools were arranged all around the villa main, a few decorative cut stone balls have been placed here and there.
An 18-meter swimming pool lined with a 6-meter infinity jacuzzi and a large panoramic terrace of 350 m² overlooking with a pool house and its integrated bar have been created in the lower part.
Inside, Bérengère Leroy opted for a clean and fluid style with Armani furniture, white and gray polished concrete floors as well as bay windows omnipresent over the views.
Screens have been designed in all the rooms for access to the dressing rooms, also made to measure, and to the bathrooms in which exceptionally designed bathtubs have been installed.
