Delivery & Returns

Delivery times:

Cushions, throws, bed covers and curtains: between 10 to 15 days

Fabrics: between 7 to 10 days

Sofas, beds, headboards, poufs and coffee tables: between 4 – 6 weeks (capri linen sofas) to 10 weeks.

Carpet: 2 weeks

Observation : Products offer immediate shipping privileges due to the fact that they are in stock items

Delivery countries and costs:

 We deliver our products worldwide. Shipping costs are calculated in the shopping cart when entering the delivery address.

Product guarantees and exchange conditions. Can I change or return the purchased product? What are the exchange conditions and deadline?

All our products (also fabric cuts) are made to the customer's request and personalization. For that, in accordance with the provisions of article L.221-28 of the consumer code, the customer has no right of withdrawal with regard to products made on request or which are personalized.

In the event of a stock shortage exceeding the registered delivery time, request a refund.

Order cancellation

Article L221-18 of the Consumer Code authorizes the buyer to withdraw within a maximum period of 14 days when he concluded a distance contract.
