Renovation and metamorphosis of a group of houses from the 70s in Provence, Bérengère Leroy architectural firm

The mission of Bérengère Leroy architectural firm was to transform this group of buildings from the 70s without any character on a semi-wooded and sloping plot of land into a luxury property, orderly and elegant, in Provence.

On hostile and almost fallow ground the architects Bérengère Leroy have reinvented circulation by creating terraces, a set of 12 infinity pools, a swimming pool with an infinity jacuzzi and a large panoramic terrace of 350 m² overlooking the swimming pool and the overflow with a breathtaking view.

The buildings have been redesigned and decorated with shade sails as well as ironwork specially designed to open onto the views and give a contemporary style to the whole.

Bérengère Leroy also decided on the aesthetic choices of the interior in a refined and fluid style with Armani furniture, white polished concrete floors and omnipresent bay windows.

This set of buildings from the 70s has thus been transformed into a luxury contemporary property glamorous and seductive, which has since hosted the photo shoots of major luxury brands, prestigious seasonal rentals and the most glamorous weddings of Provence.
