Renovation work on a country house by the architectural firm Bérengère Leroy in Saint Rémy De Provence
The architectural firm Bérengère Leroy transformed this former 650 m² farmhouse located in Saint Rémy De Provence into a Bastide
It was a question of ennobling the building which had no character at the base due to its initial vocation as a bourgeois farm.
Architect in Saint Rémy De Provence, Bérengère Leroy realigned all the facades which were pierced with wild openings and created a main courtyard in old King's paving stones delimited by a large surrounding wall in the center of which a pond was placed
The architectural firm Bérengère Leroy designed all the window frames in cut stone as well as the pediment and the main door, and finally the entrance gate in the courtyard of honor with the initials of the property.
The paving stones were organized in the old 18th century way and the colors chosen with care.
The garden has been structured around the swimming pool with cypresses, olive trees and structural walls.
Bérengère Leroy also chose the aesthetic aspects of the interior decoration and had all the furniture made entirely to measure (kitchen, dressing rooms, sofas, headboards, footstools and curtains), thus creating an ultra-personalized decoration.
