The Bohème collection lives up to its name. It embodies a generous, slightly relaxed aesthetic that embraces its volumes and materials without striving for geometric perfection. This is a sofa that invites you to make yourself at home — not to sit primly.

In its  corner sofa with chaise longue version, the Bohème adds a new dimension: the chaise longue return transforms one end of the sofa into a genuine space for stretching out. A particularly popular solution for large open-plan living rooms, loft-style living spaces or rooms where you want to create different areas for different uses within a single piece of furniture.

This bespoke sizing is precisely what sets the Bohème apart from a mass-market corner sofa: it fits your space rather than forcing you to adapt to it.

The chaise longue return: your choice

The chaise longue return — the extended arm that allows you to stretch out — is fully configurable:

• Left or right  depending on the orientation of your room and the position of your windows


• Length of the return  adjustable for a short, discreet chaise longue or a long, generous one


• Height of the return  adjustable — higher for a backrest effect, lower for a relaxed daybed feel

This freedom of configuration is what makes the Bohème truly versatile: it adapts to the architecture of your room, not the other way round.

Choosing your fabrics: linen, velvet and mixed materials

Washed linen: lightness and Provençal character

Bérengère Leroy washed linen is our most requested fabric for the Bohème. Its naturally crumpled texture, soft feel and ability to age gracefully make it the ideal companion for a sofa designed to last.

Available in a broad palette — ivory, white, natural linen, khaki, azure blue, terracotta, sage green — it suits contemporary interiors as well as homes with character.

Tsar velvet: depth and sensuality

For those who want a more expressive, more tactile Bohème, Tsar velvet brings chromatic richness and a silky texture that make the sofa the centrepiece of the living room. Its changing sheen in different light gives it exceptional visual presence.

Linen and velvet mix: the Bérengère Leroy signature

One of our most popular options for the Bohème:  mixing materials. Washed linen body, Tsar velvet chaise longue return. Or the reverse. Cushions in a contrasting fabric to bring rhythm to the composition.

This play of materials lies at the heart of the Bérengère Leroy aesthetic — it gives every sofa its own identity and ensures each piece is one of a kind.

Tailored finishes included

As with all our creations, the Bohème’s tailored finish is included in the price — it is not an option, but a given.

Choose from our signature finishes:

• Piping  — fine, precise piping that discreetly accentuates the lines


• Edge-to-edge  — a clean, contemporary finish with no overhang


• Apache  — broad, confident topstitching with an artisanal feel


• Cheyenne  — decorative diagonal stitching, balancing tradition and modernity


• Tribal  — a textile finish inspired by nomadic arts, perfectly in keeping with the Bohème spirit

These finishes are applied to the edges of the seat, back and armrests — they are your personal touch on an already unique piece.

Price and composition

Price: from 1,890 € per linear metre, fabric of your choice included from the Bérengère Leroy collections.

This price includes, per linear metre:

• Your choice of fabric (washed linen, velvet, linen cotton chenille…)


• 2 mattress toppers


• 2 back cushions, 60 × 60 cm


• 2 cushions 50 × 50 cm


• 2 cushions 30 × 50 cm


• Stitching finish of your choice

A practical example:  a  corner sofa Bohème with a main arm of 200 cm and a return of 120 cm measures 3.2 linear metres, giving a total of 6 480 €  fabric, mattress toppers, cushions and finishes included.

Handcrafted in our workshops

The Bohème is handcrafted in our workshops near Aix-en-Provence. Each  sofais assembled, upholstered and finished by our artisan upholsterers — a skill passed down and nurtured, with no industrial production.

Manufacturing time: approximately 30 days  from confirmation of your order — dimensions,  fabricand finish confirmed.

We deliver throughout mainland France. For projects in the PACA region, delivery and installation by our workshop are also possible.
